WALKS BY APPOINTMENT
Burren walks by appointment range from one hour strolls to day long strenuous hill walks. The half-day long walk is the most popular one. The menu of walks is featured below.
All the hikes feature the renowned limestone pavement, wild plants and monuments of the region. 

COST and BOOKING
Cost is determined by duration of walk and size of group. Please e mail for prompt quote.

Burren National Park
Limestone pavement , flower-rich farmland, prehistoric tomb, Famine relief road, abandoned potato cultivation ridges (“lazy beds”) and outstanding views of parts of Counties Clare and Galway.

Burren Nature Reserve
LImestone pavement, the renowned Burren flower mélange, mature hazel woodland, remarkable Early Christian hermitage, holy well and an extremely rich pilgrimage landscape. Outstanding location in a pass in the uplands.


Coastal Burren
LImestone pavement, Burren wild flower extravaganza, the most westerly prehistoric tomb in the region, fulachta fia (prehistoric cooking site), ancient field systems, stunning vistas of Galway Bay, Connemara, the Aran Islands and the rocky Burren itself.
